Yes. We review the site first, tell you what needs fixing and agree a plan. Some platforms are easier to look after than others, and we will be honest about which yours is.
What happens if my site goes down?
Our monitoring alerts us straight away and we start investigating immediately. We restore from a backup if we need to, then tell you what happened in plain English.
Are changes really included?
Yes. Plus and Pro plans include a set number of hours each month for edits, new content and improvements. Larger pieces of work are quoted separately, and we always tell you before any extra cost.
