E-commerce Built for Conversion, Not Just Catalogue
Northampton's retail and manufacturing brands rarely lose sales because of the product. They lose them somewhere between the product page and the payment screen.
Most e-commerce problems we're called in to fix aren't merchandising problems — they're friction problems. A product page that takes four seconds to render on mobile, a checkout carrying three plugins' worth of scripts, a search that can't find a product the customer knows exists. Each one quietly removes a percentage of buyers before payment.
We build stores where the fundamentals are engineered rather than inherited: fast catalogue and product rendering, a checkout stripped to what it actually needs, proper payment gateway integration, and stock, order and CRM systems connected through real APIs instead of a nightly CSV somebody has to remember to upload.
Where an existing Shopify or WooCommerce store is the right foundation, we extend it properly — bespoke themes, custom blocks and targeted development — rather than stacking another six plugins onto a build that's already struggling under the ones it has.
