Dragonfly IT: Managed IT, done differently.

Dragonfly IT is a managed service provider looking after businesses across Milton Keynes, Northampton, Towcester, Brackley and Silverstone. Like most managed IT firms, they were surrounded by competitors selling Bronze, Silver and Gold tiers that nobody could compare. They wanted a website that said plainly what makes them different: one complete plan, with no tiers to decode.

They also wanted the website to behave like part of the service, not a brochure sitting beside it, so clients could see what was working before they ever picked up the telephone.

We rebuilt the whole digital presence around that single idea, from the words on the page to the structure of the site. The public site explains the complete plan in plain English, covers Microsoft 365, security and support, and is built for speed and for search from the first day.

Behind it sits a live operations centre. Every service dot on the site is a real check against the actual infrastructure, not a status page someone remembers to update. We also built a client hub on Dragonfly IT's own domain where clients can raise a support request that creates a real ticket in their service desk system, start a remote session and check live system status in one branded place.

The site is hosted and monitored on infrastructure we run, protected with security headers and backups, and kept healthy with technical search work, structured data and speed tuning.

The result is a website and client hub that sell the service and deliver part of it. Clients see what is up before they call, support requests arrive as proper tickets, and the whole thing carries Dragonfly IT's name and domain.
